Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Your role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, managing installations, and providing timely solutions to enhance customer experience. What You'll Do: - You will visit client sites to install and maintain floral and plant displays. - You will troubleshoot and resolve service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. - You will manage inventory and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of products. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. - You will document service activities and report on client feedback and service outcomes. - You will collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align on client needs and service improvements. - You will adhere to company safety and quality standards during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service or customer service roles, preferably in floral or related industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field-based role. - Basic technical skills for handling installations and troubleshooting. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with plant care and horticulture knowledge. - Previous experience in sales support or customer relationship management. - Familiarity with inventory management systems. - Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends.
