Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service that supports our sales and operational goals. What You'll Do: - You will visit client locations to install, maintain, and service lifelike flower arrangements and plant displays. - You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product quality or installation. - You will provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. - You will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and customer retention. - You will document service activities and report on client feedback to improve service delivery. - You will manage inventory and ensure all service tools and products are well-stocked and maintained. - You will adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service visits. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service, customer service, or a related role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment. - Basic technical skills to handle installation and maintenance of floral displays. - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
