Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the face of the company, ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support. Your role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, managing service requests, and supporting sales efforts to drive business growth. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, providing timely and effective solutions. - You will conduct on-site visits to install, maintain, and troubleshoot floral and plant displays. - You will collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions. - You will manage inventory and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation. - You will provide training and support to clients on product care and maintenance. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback from the field. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service, customer service, or a related role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment. - Basic technical skills for installation and troubleshooting of displays. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the floral, horticulture, or retail service industry. - Knowledge of plant care and maintenance. - Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems. - Additional certifications related to customer service or technical support.
