Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, managing service requests, and delivering our products with professionalism and care. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, providing timely and effective solutions. - You will perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of floral and plant displays. - You will manage inventory and ensure that all service vehicles are stocked and ready for daily operations. - You will collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - You will document service activities accurately and report any issues or opportunities to management. - You will uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism in all interactions. - You will identify potential upselling opportunities and communicate them to the sales team. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service, customer service, or a related role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Basic technical skills related to installation and maintenance of floral or similar display products. - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
