Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service that supports our sales and operational goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage on-site installations and maintenance of floral and plant displays. - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests. - You will conduct regular site visits to ensure product quality and client satisfaction. - You will collaborate with sales and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and service schedules. - You will document service activities and report on client feedback. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product performance. - You will promote additional products and services to existing clients. - You will maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in field service or customer service roles. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess basic technical skills related to product installation and maintenance. - You are comfortable using mobile technology and service management software. - You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the floral or horticulture industry. - Knowledge of plant care and maintenance. - Sales experience or a background in customer relationship management. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
