Job Title: Field Service Representative Company Overview: Floral Image North America is a premier provider of lifelike flower arrangements and plant displays, serving a diverse range of clients across the continent. Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service that supports our sales and operational goals. What You'll Do: - You will visit client locations to install, maintain, and service floral and plant displays. - You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product quality or service delivery. - You will build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. - You will coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. - You will document service activities and client interactions accurately in our CRM system. - You will provide feedback to management on client needs and potential product improvements. - You will promote additional products and services to clients during service visits. - You will adhere to all company policies and safety standards while on the job. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in field service, customer service, or a related role. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. - You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. - You are comfortable using technology, including CRM software and mobile devices. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the floral or horticulture industry. - Knowledge of plant care and maintenance. - Sales experience or a background in customer relationship management. - Ability to lift and move floral arrangements and related equipment safely.
