Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Your role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, managing installations, and providing timely solutions to enhance customer experience. What You'll Do: - You will manage on-site installations and maintenance of floral and plant displays. - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests. - You will coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product quality and installation. - You will maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. - You will provide feedback to improve products and services based on client input. - You will uphold company standards for safety and professionalism during all service calls. - You will contribute to team efforts by sharing knowledge and best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service or customer service roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Basic technical skills related to installation and maintenance. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Proficiency with mobile technology and service management software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the floral or horticulture industry. - Knowledge of plant care and maintenance. - Previous experience in sales support or customer relationship management. - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
