Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. Your role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, managing service requests, and delivering solutions that uphold our reputation for excellence. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests, providing timely and effective solutions. - You will conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and ensure the quality of floral and plant displays. - You will coordinate with internal teams to schedule and execute maintenance and installation services. - You will maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and inventory usage. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product quality or service delivery. - You will promote additional products and services to enhance client satisfaction and company growth. - You will provide feedback to management on client trends and potential service improvements. - You will uphold company standards and safety protocols during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service, customer service, or sales roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment. - Basic technical skills to handle product installations and troubleshooting. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Proficiency with mobile technology and service management software.
