Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the flawless delivery and upkeep of our floral and plant products. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help drive customer satisfaction and support the company’s growth. What You'll Do: - You will visit client locations to deliver and install floral arrangements and plant displays. - You will perform routine maintenance and care for plants to ensure their longevity and appearance. - You will troubleshoot and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally. - You will communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - You will collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate schedules and optimize service routes. - You will document service activities and report on client feedback and service outcomes. - You will promote additional products and services to enhance client satisfaction and company revenue. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service, customer service, or a related role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field environment. - Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance is preferred. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
