Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships through on-site service and support. Your efforts will ensure that our floral and plant displays remain vibrant and appealing, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and retention. What You'll Do: - You will visit client locations to install, maintain, and service floral and plant displays. - You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the displays promptly and efficiently. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service. - You will manage service schedules and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. - You will document service activities and report any client feedback or concerns to management. - You will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support overall business goals. - You will promote additional products and services to clients when appropriate. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in field service, customer service, or a related role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. - You possess problem-solving abilities to address and resolve service issues on-site. - You are comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule. - You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the floral, horticulture, or related industries. - Familiarity with CRM software and service management tools. - Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance. - Additional certifications related to customer service or field operations.
