Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. Your role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, ensuring product satisfaction, and driving sales growth through proactive engagement and problem-solving. What You'll Do: - You will visit client locations to deliver and install lifelike flower arrangements and plant displays. - You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly. - You will conduct regular maintenance and quality checks on displays to ensure they meet company standards. - You will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client accounts. - You will manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of products. - You will document service activities and customer interactions accurately in company systems. - You will provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends. - You will adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service visits. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service, customer service, or sales roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment. - Basic technical skills for handling and installing floral and plant displays. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Proficiency with mobile devices and CRM software.
