Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service that supports our sales and operational goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage and maintain client accounts by providing timely and professional service. - You will install, maintain, and repair floral and plant displays at client locations. - You will conduct regular site visits to assess and enhance the quality of our arrangements. - You will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client needs and resolve issues. - You will document service activities and report on client feedback and service outcomes. - You will promote additional products and services to existing clients to support business growth. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all service activities. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in field service or customer service roles, preferably in horticulture or related industries. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. - You are capable of performing physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with plant care, floral design, or horticultural knowledge. - Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. - Previous experience in sales support or customer relationship management. - Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends.
