Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining our high standards of product presentation. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their environments are enhanced with our premium floral and plant solutions. What You'll Do: - You will visit client locations to install, maintain, and refresh floral and plant displays. - You will conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and condition of all arrangements. - You will respond promptly to client requests and resolve any service issues with professionalism. - You will manage inventory and report on supply needs to ensure uninterrupted service. - You will collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction. - You will maintain accurate records of service visits and client interactions. - You will promote new products and services to existing clients to support business growth. - You will adhere to all safety and company policies while performing your duties. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service, customer service, or a related role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role. - Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance is preferred. - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. - Proficiency with mobile technology and service reporting tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the floral or horticulture industry. - Sales experience or a background in customer relationship management. - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely. - Bilingual skills to support diverse client interactions.
