Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to client service requests and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions. - You will conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and ensure the quality of floral and plant displays. - You will coordinate with internal teams to schedule installations, maintenance, and replacements. - You will maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and inventory usage. - You will identify opportunities to upsell products and services, contributing to sales growth. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product quality or service delivery. - You will provide feedback to management on client trends and potential improvements. - You will uphold company standards for professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service, customer service, or sales roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment. - Basic technical skills to handle product installations and troubleshooting. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Proficiency with mobile technology and service management software.
