Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service that supports our brand’s reputation and growth. What You'll Do: - You will visit client locations to install, maintain, and service floral and plant displays. - You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product quality or service delivery. - You will build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. - You will coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. - You will document service activities and report on client feedback and service outcomes. - You will promote additional products and services to existing clients to support sales growth. - You will adhere to company policies and safety standards during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service, customer service, or a related role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field-based role. - Basic technical skills to handle product installation and troubleshooting. - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the floral or horticulture industry. - Sales experience or a background in customer relationship management. - Familiarity with CRM software and mobile service applications. - Ability to lift and move floral arrangements and related equipment safely.
