Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, managing service requests, and delivering our products with professionalism and care. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, providing timely and effective solutions. - You will install, maintain, and repair floral and plant displays at client locations. - You will conduct regular site visits to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. - You will collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and service schedules. - You will document service activities and report any issues or opportunities for improvement. - You will educate customers on product care and maintenance to enhance their experience. - You will troubleshoot and resolve any service-related problems efficiently. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service, customer service, or a related role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment. - Basic technical skills related to installation and maintenance of displays or similar products. - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. - Physical ability to handle and install floral and plant arrangements. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the floral, horticulture, or retail service industry. - Knowledge of plant care and maintenance. - Familiarity with CRM software and service management tools. - Additional certifications related to customer service or technical maintenance.
