Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. Your role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, ensuring product satisfaction, and driving sales growth through proactive engagement and problem-solving. What You'll Do: - You will visit client locations to install, maintain, and service floral and plant displays. - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - You will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to coordinate service schedules and product deliveries. - You will provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to enhance their experience. - You will document service activities and customer interactions accurately in company systems. - You will identify opportunities for upselling and contribute to achieving sales targets. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in field service, customer service, or sales roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field-based role. - Basic technical skills to handle installation and maintenance of floral and plant displays. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Proficiency with mobile technology and CRM software is preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the floral, horticulture, or related service industry. - Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Knowledge of plant care and maintenance. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse customer base.
