With a data-driven approach, they blend strategy, creative, and performance marketing to unlock long-term customer value and sustainable growth. ✍ Role Overview We are looking for a Part-Time Shopify Operations Specialist to oversee daily operations for the Shopify store. This role involves processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and keeping workflows running smoothly. It’s a flexible part-time position (around 4 hours/day), ideal for someone organized, reliable, and experienced with Shopify and customer service. 🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only) 🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+) ⏰ Schedule: Part-time, ~20 hours per week (4 hours/day) 😀 Start Date: October 6th 💰 Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary in USD (final amount defined during hiring process) Remote-first flexibility — work from anywhere PTO and paid U.S. holidays 💼 Responsibilities Process Shopify orders within 24 hours with high accuracy Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone within 1 business day Maintain workflows and accurate records of open and completed orders Support customer satisfaction by reducing escalations Work independently and consistently in a part-time capacity (20 hrs/week) ✅ Qualifications Experience with Shopify order management Strong customer service skills (calls and emails) Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, professional, empathetic Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup 🔍 Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in ecommerce operations Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
