They operate with an in-house advertising team, manage high-budget campaigns, and focus on measurable outcomes such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales performance. ✍ Short Description: The Senior Paid Media Manager will lead the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Meta and Google Ads. This senior-level role manages multiple client accounts simultaneously and is responsible for delivering strong, measurable results at scale. The position requires deep paid media expertise, strategic thinking, and direct client communication to explain performance, decisions, and optimizations clearly. 🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only) 🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+) ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST 😀 Start Date: ASAP 💰 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary in USD Remote-first flexibility. PTO and paid U.S. holidays 💼 Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads and Google Ads, while also supporting LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads as needed. Manage paid media campaigns focused on lead generation and sales, particularly within healthcare, while adapting strategies for clients across different industries. Own performance for 10–15 client accounts per month, including budget allocation, optimization, and scaling decisions. Analyze campaign performance data and continuously optimize toward KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion volume. Communicate directly with clients through calls and meetings, clearly explaining strategy, performance results, and next steps. 💡 Qualifications: Senior-level experience (7+ years) managing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale. Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads, with a proven track record of delivering strong results. Experience working with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads (TikTok experience can be secondary). Ability to manage multiple client accounts and large budgets simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
