Translate client needs into actionable marketing plans across SEO, paid search, paid social, and content. Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaigns and overall marketing performance. Collaborate with internal teams (SEO specialists, paid media managers, content creators, designers) to ensure timely and effective execution. Monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, and present insights and next steps to clients. Ensure deliverables are completed on time and to high quality standards. Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Demonstrate adaptability, managing multiple clients, industries, and shifting priorities. Qualifications 4โ6+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, paid search, paid social, content marketing). Proven experience in client-facing roles such as Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO best practices. Excellent communication skills with native or near-native English fluency. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into recommendations. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Adaptability: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client agency environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a marketing agency setting. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
