You will source candidates across channels, run initial screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, and maintain accurate records in the ATS. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach Conduct initial screenings to assess experience, skills, and role alignment. Coordinate interviews and feedback loops with hiring managers and client stakeholders. Maintain accurate candidate data, stages, and notes in the ATS. Build and nurture pipelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Collaborate with internal teams to clarify role requirements and hiring priorities. Support employer branding efforts through clear, candidate-first communications. 💡 Qualifications: 1–3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related function. Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools Ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently with strong follow-up Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Teamtailor, Lever, Workable) and standard office tools. Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) and comfort in a remote, fast-paced setting.
