This role focuses on turning strategic direction into consistent, high-quality execution that drives engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth. The position requires strong ownership of day-to-day marketing activities, close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to independently deliver results across multiple channels. PTO and paid U.S. holidays 💼 Responsibilities: Execute content and SEO initiatives, including blog posts, landing pages, and service pages, ensuring optimization through metadata, internal linking, and keyword alignment. Build and manage email marketing campaigns and lifecycle workflows in HubSpot, including nurture sequences, re-engagement flows, and targeted campaigns aligned with sales efforts. Execute account-based marketing campaigns by managing target account lists, coordinating campaign assets, and aligning activities with funnel stages. Manage organic and paid social media efforts on LinkedIn, including content distribution, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Optimize website engagement and conversion rates by improving CTAs, forms, landing pages, and content flows while coordinating with external agencies. Track performance metrics, report results regularly, and coordinate execution with internal stakeholders and external partners. 💡 Qualifications: 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing. Strong experience in content marketing, SEO, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and HubSpot (required). Experience executing multi-channel campaigns including ABM and social media. Proficiency in tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on data.
