In addition, interviews will be conducted via Zoom video, not via text* --------- We’re looking for a driven, mission-minded Data & Migration Specialist to join our flock as a Happiness Engineer. This role helps empower our users to switch their database or online giving platform to Flocknote. You’ll work directly with church and ministry admins to understand what data is essential to them and create a successful path forward for structuring their data in Flocknote. Similarly, you’ll work with leaders as they apply for an online giving account with Flocknote and help them transition, with an emphasis on growing their stewardship ministry. RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Migration & Customer Onboarding Work 1-on-1 with church leaders to understand how they are using their current software tools and how they can best utilize Flocknote Clean up, sort, and organize data from other member management systems or donation systems for import into Flocknote Conduct product trainings and provide clear, helpful how-tos Proactively assist churches with the documentation needed to enroll in online giving Customer Support & Insights Provide excellent customer support via email and phone, helping churches succeed with Flocknote Build relationships with church leaders and organizations who might benefit from Flocknote Communicate insights from customers to improve our tools and services Conduct product demos and showcase how Flocknote can best serve different organizations Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and assist in testing new features Be an active team member contributing to the future direction of the company QUALIFICATIONS Exceptional communication skills via email, phone, video call, and in person Strong ability to work with large data sets in Excel quickly and efficiently Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and follows through Excellent collaboration and feedback skills Genuine love of people and desire to help them succeed Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written Familiar with modern communication tools and trends Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Bonus: experience in leadership, sales, ministry, or with using CMS/database tools, or popular church management tools ONBOARDING & TEAM INTEGRATION All new Happiness Engineers begin by serving in customer support to gain a deep understanding of our customers, products, and mission. After a successful onboarding, this position will work closely with the Advanced Technical Team for most projects while maintaining a foothold in customer support. We have a deeply customer-centric culture, and all Happiness Engineers, regardless of specialty, stay connected to our users through ongoing customer support work to ensure we never lose touch with their needs and experience. ----------- All positions are full-time (remote/work-from-home) positions with salary and benefits.
