Overview If you enjoy turning ideas into interactive, polished digital experiences, this internship offers the chance to help shape the user interfaces behind FloLabs’ intelligent platforms. Front-end development is central to how our AI-driven systems come to life, and you’ll work on building responsive, intuitive, and visually cohesive components used across our products. Interns collaborate with designers, engineers, and product leads to translate concepts into production-ready user experiences. You’ll work with modern JavaScript frameworks, contribute to new UI components, optimize performance, and explore how emerging AI tools can enhance the development workflow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves blending creativity with technical execution. The internship is open to all - students, career changers, professionals, and lifelong learners who want hands-on experience in front-end development. Key Responsibilities • Build and refine responsive web interfaces, focusing on usability, performance, and consistency across devices. • Translate prototypes and design assets into front-end components, ensuring visual accuracy and fluid UX. • Implement core application features, such as routing, state management patterns, and form workflows. • Optimize front-end performance, improving load times, accessibility, and scalability. • Integrate components with APIs, handling data securely and efficiently. • Participate in testing processes, including unit testing, integration checks, and QA reviews. • Explore AI-assisted development tools, experimenting with new workflows that enhance efficiency. • Contribute ideas during design and product discussions, offering technical input and creative solutions. Qualifications & Skills • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Vue, Angular) is a plus. • Understanding of APIs, JSON, and basic integration workflows is preferred. • Strong eye for design, layout, and user-centered interface principles. • Interest in performance optimization, accessibility, and modern front-end architecture. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and creative teammates. • Enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and AI-supported development methods.
