What You’ll Do As a Flipur Agent, you’ll play a critical role in our acquisition and disposition pipeline. You’ll work directly with our investors, acquisition team, and dispo team to ensure smooth, profitable transactions. Daily, you’ll: • Draft and submit offers on behalf of our acquisitions team (MLS & off-market) • List renovated flips and manage the retail resale process • Negotiate sales between sellers, buyers, and investors to maximize outcomes • Coordinate showings, inspections, and walkthroughs with buyers and agents • Serve as the main point of contact with outside agents and transaction coordinators • Partner with acquisitions to help secure more deals (bonus commissions available) • Ensure smooth, compliant closings in collaboration with escrow & title What We’re Looking For • Someone who wants to build a team • A licensed California Real Estate Agent (active DRE license required) • Strong understanding of contracts, disclosures, and compliance • Negotiation skills – confident, persistent, and solutions-oriented • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment • Relationship builder – comfortable working with investors, agents, and sellers • Team player – open to collaboration, coaching, and consistent communication Requirements • Active CA Real Estate License • Willingness to be in-office at least 3 days a week • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience drafting offers, writing counter offers, and managing listings • High energy, self-motivated, and growth-minded What We Offer • Steady deal flow from our acquisitions pipeline • Opportunities to list completed flips (repeat retail listings) • Competitive commission splits + bonus opportunities for acquisitions support • World-class training, mentorship, and investor education • A collaborative team culture with huge career growth upside Compensation • Commission-based (with competitive splits) • Bonus commissions for assisting acquisitions team offers and closings • Listing opportunities on renovated flips = steady pipeline of retail deals • Top performers earn six figures+ annually Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,092.77 - $185,999.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance • Referral program Ability to Commute: • Fountain Valley, CA 92708 (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fountain Valley, CA 92708
