Secure earned media placements in top entertainment outlets and podcasts, build and leverage media relationships, and craft compelling narratives for clients.
Proven media pitching success, established relationships with entertainment journalists and influencers, and ability to demonstrate recent wins with verifiable proof.
We’re hiring one PR operator who can consistently secure earned media in top entertainment outlets and high-tier podcasts because your relationships are real, current, and trusted—not because you “know someone who knows someone.” This role is for a proven closer: you can move a story from pitch → interest → placement fast, and you understand how to protect long-term relationships while still getting results. Your lane includes bookings: podcast interviews, TV hits, and on-camera segments, plus the earned media placements that support them. Beyond placements and bookings, you know how to build a fame narrative—packaging, moment-making, relationship leverage, and crisis-proof positioning that compounds into industry inbound. What we’re looking for is skill, not hype: a sharp instinct for angles, editor-ready pitching, disciplined follow-up, and the kind of credibility that gets replies. You should be able to point to where your access actually lives (trades, business, culture, podcasts, newsletters, talent/agent ecosystem) and explain how you turn that access into repeatable outcomes—without spray-and-pray blasting or generic “press release” PR. Application = your pitch. In 300–600 words, sell us the way you’d sell a skeptical editor: (1) map your strongest relationships by outlet/category (name desks/titles; names optional if you prefer redaction), (2) share 3–5 recent wins with timelines and your exact role (what you did, what unlocked it), and (3) include proof that’s hard to fake (client references we can contact, redacted email threads with timestamps, booking confirmations, invoicing tied to placements, or other verification). We will verify—if you can’t support the claims, we won’t move forward." LinkedIn is flooded with auto-applicants—if you actually read this, send a connection request to Jack Piuggi and include the word ‘CLOSER’ in your note so we know it’s you.
