We’re building a small, high-leverage creator roster and are looking for established creators who can consistently drive attention and action across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts + long-form optional). This is for creators who already understand how to package hooks, hold retention, and post with discipline—then repeat what works. To qualify, you should have one of the following: (a) 100K+ followers on any single platform, (b) 250K+ monthly average views across short-form, or (c) a proven history of viral posts (500K+ views) with strong retention. We care more about engagement + consistency than vanity follower count—please be ready to share recent analytics (30/60/90-day views, audience geo, watch time, saves/shares). You must be comfortable operating professionally: NDA-first, clean communication, fast turnaround, and reliable posting. We’re specifically looking for creators who can execute a content plan (3–7 posts/week depending on platform) and can collaborate on structured deliverables (hooks, captions, CTAs, and content variations). Bonus if you can film simple UGC-style clips, voiceover, or on-camera commentary. Compensation is performance-aligned: paid campaigns (per deliverable or per week) plus bonuses tied to results, with additional upside available via affiliate/rev-share where appropriate.
