About Flight Schedule Pro: At Flight Schedule Pro, we're transforming the flight training industry by empowering flight schools, pilots, and aviation professionals with technology and integrations that streamline operations, drive revenue, and accelerate pilot careers. With strategic partnerships like Sallie Mae and Wings Leasing, we're at the forefront of modernizing aviation education and career development. We’re building connected experiences that serve pilots from their first flight through their entire career journey. The Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (or Sr. Manager, Pilot Experience) will play a critical role in shaping how pilots discover, adopt, and grow with our products across the Flight Schedule Pro and LogTen ecosystem. Why You'll Love This Role: This role blends creativity, data, and experimentation to define how pilots experience our products and brand. You’ll inherit a strong foundation—a functioning lifecycle program, agency support, and full-funnel analytics dashboards already in place—and have the freedom to evolve it. This is not a corporate role buried in process or layers of approval; it’s an opportunity to take what’s working and make it world-class. You’ll collaborate closely with product, data, and brand leaders to connect every pilot touchpoint—from training and onboarding to professional milestones—into one intelligent, seamless experience. If you’re excited to combine PLG strategy, AI-driven personalization, and a passion for aviation into a high-impact growth engine, this role is for you. What You'll Do: Own the Pilot Lifecycle: Architect the end-to-end experience for pilots across discovery, onboarding, activation, and long-term engagement. Build Product-Led Growth (PLG) Motions: Partner with Product and Engineering to drive self-serve adoption, growth loops, and in-app activation. Develop lifecycle programs that convert curiosity into daily usage. Leverage AI & Automation: Experiment with AI-driven personalization, content generation, and predictive workflows. Automate key lifecycle triggers tied to pilot behavior, milestones, and career progression. Drive Experimentation Culture: Design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Partner with Product and Data to develop hypotheses, test velocity, and share learnings company-wide. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work side-by-side with Product Managers, Brand, and Support teams to align messaging, onboarding flows, and retention programs. Translate user feedback into data-driven improvements. Measure, Learn, Iterate: Own lifecycle KPIs including activation rate, conversion, retention, and feature adoption. Create feedback loops to optimize campaigns and improve user experience. Champion Pilot Success: Showcase pilot stories, celebrate milestones, and position our products as essential tools in the pilot’s professional journey. About You: 6–9+ years in lifecycle, growth, or PLG marketing roles for SaaS or mobile products. Proven success designing and executing cross-channel lifecycle programs that drive measurable impact. Deep understanding of user segmentation, automation, and analytics (HubSpot preferred). Experience with analytics and marketing platforms including Snowflake, Google Analytics/Looker Studio, Power BI, HubSpot (CRM + lifecycle marketing), and Mailchimp/Mandrill. Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for personalization, optimization, and content creation. Skilled at balancing strategy and execution—able to build systems and also run them. Aviation industry experience or pilot background (private or commercial license) is a superpower. Experience working in or with high-growth, product-led software organizations. Join Us: At Flight Schedule Pro, you’ll join an ambitious, collaborative team defining the future of pilot development and aviation technology. You’ll have the resources to execute, the autonomy to experiment, and the chance to shape how digital experiences influence pilot careers across the world. As our pilot experience practice grows, this role will evolve into a leadership position—owning the strategy, team, and systems that define how pilots engage with Flight Schedule Pro, LogTen, and beyond.
