What You’ll Do: Drive partner activation strategies, ensuring our growing ecosystem of partnerships (e.g., student financing, ground school programs, payment integrations) delivers measurable value to customers. Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans in collaboration with partnerships, sales, product, fintech, and CX teams. Lead marketing for customer expansion and retention—educating schools on new innovations, integrations, and opportunities to grow with FSP. Own customer and partner events, including field events, regional meetups, and our annual user conference, working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences and measurable outcomes. Build and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners—content, webinars, campaigns, and enablement resources that drive adoption and joint value. Identify and nurture customer advocates for case studies, testimonials, and joint stories that demonstrate success and inspire the market. Apply AI tools and workflows to increase marketing productivity, precision, and personalization across campaigns, communications, and partner engagement. Establish best-practice frameworks for customer and partner communications, building scalable programs for growth, advocacy, and retention. About You: 4+ years experience in customer, partner, or channel marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS. Proven success activating partnerships and driving customer adoption and revenue growth. Highly proficient with modern marketing and AI-powered tools to scale execution and optimize campaigns. Strategic thinker and hands-on operator—comfortable building new programs from the ground up. Experienced collaborator who builds trust across sales, product, customer success, and partnerships. Confident communicator and event strategist with experience leading field or user conference initiatives. Curious, data-driven, and motivated by measurable impact. Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where initiative and ownership are essential. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The above salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
