Position Overview: We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee and guide energy storage projects from contract initiation through to commercial operation. The Project Manager will be responsible for all integration services, product supply, and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project aspects. This includes managing project cost, scheduling, quality, risk, and client commitments across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate successful project staffing Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams Develop project plans, establish schedules, and set performance metrics Oversee project cost, schedule, cash flow, and risk management Navigate complex management environments involving multiple stakeholders Administer and negotiate subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual provisions Maintain and build client relationships, ensuring all commitments are met Provide project progress and status updates to leadership Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines related to our field; Electrical, civil, mechanical, etc. 5+ years in Project Management or related roles preferred, with direct exposure field activities working in fast-paced environments 3+ years’ experience managing large projects preferred, working on all phases of project execution including kick-off, engineering, design, procurement, commissioning, and contractual closeout Understanding of power conditioning systems and battery energy storage systems, including transformers Familiarity with engineering and construction industry practices Knowledge of EPC commercial terms and mitigation strategies for potential delays; experience working with claims, delay notifications, payment terms, liquidated damages, potential risks, and exposure, scope of work, Division of Responsibilities, etc. Willingness to travel (10-20%) FlexGen provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
