This is an internal full-time opportunity, not open for 3rd party vendors/suppliers. Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Business Process Consultant to lead ServiceNow GRC engagements. This role requires deep expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead business process consulting engagements focused on ServiceNow GRC modules • Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions • Design and optimize workflows, policies, and controls within the ServiceNow platform • Provide strategic guidance on GRC best practices and platform capabilities • Support pre-sales activities including scoping, solutioning, and proposal development • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in business process consulting • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules • Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and audit processes • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC required • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, and manufacturing • Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., SecOps, BCM, ITOM) • Ability to lead workshops and executive-level presentations • Ability to travel at times as required by the job responsibilities Why Join Us • Competitive compensation • Collaborative, flexible, and growth-oriented culture • Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving, client-focused, highly collaborative team • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge ServiceNow GRC projects Required Certifications: • Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC/RC and/or Certified Implementation Specialist - IRM #IND1 Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Experience: • ServiceNow: 7 years (Required) • ServiceNow GRC: 7 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
