Responsibilities: This position focuses on bringing our training programs to life at our Fleet Feet Training locations. In tandem with the Training Program Manager, you will help develop the framework for our participant experience and ensure our coaching staff is properly supported. Maintain the training program framework within the Final Surge platform Support training sessions on-site at least twice per week Assist in the coordination of major events throughout the year with Fleet Feet Training Responsible for program-specific reporting of registration goals and retention of past participants Work with Communications Coordinator to curate content for digital newsletters to training program audiences Manage and maintain training programs pages on Fleet Feet Chicago website Manage all facets of Fleet Feet Training's hydration program Know and monitor competitive specialty stores and industry trends for training programs Understand and continuously improve processes and systems Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activations, and functions Work schedule will be based on business needs and training locations. In a typical week, time will be split between the business office and at our training sites. Training sessions take place in the evenings and on weekends Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred Run Coach certification from UESCA, RRCA, or USATF preferred or willingness to become certified Strong business acumen and training/race industry knowledge Strong ability to coach and influence others without direct authority Ability to think strategically about issues and opportunities to properly assess impacts Communicate professionally with the team, staff, vendors and participants Experience working with a training platform (Final Surge or TrainingPeaks preferred) CPR/AED Certification preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
