The Role We are seeking a motivated, resourceful, and organized B2B Senior Sales Manager with deep alcohol industry experience to lead outbound sales for Flaviar Checkout. In this role, you will independently lead prospecting campaigns targeting medium-to-large-sized alcohol brands that have strong potential for e-commerce success. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract close. Your goal will be to rapidly increase Flaviar Checkout’s pipeline by becoming a trusted expert who understands how to tailor Flaviar Checkout’s comprehensive platform and fulfillment solutions to each business’s distribution, products, and goals. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the complexity of navigating the three-tier system and can sell consultatively in a regulated environment. This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to shape how leading alcohol brands sell online in the U.S. and help grow Flaviar Checkout from industry leader to industry standard. Future growth opportunities for this role include expanding to selling other Flaviar, Inc. products and/or leading the Flaviar Checkout sales team. This is a full-time, remote position. What You’ll Do Prospect and close new alcohol brands - primarily focused on spirits, but potentially high volume wine, emerging beverage categories, and online marketplaces Run a consultative sales process that educates brand leaders on DTC strategy, ecommerce compliance, and fulfillment options, while positioning Flaviar Checkout’s solutions to meet their ecommerce goals and challenges Prioritize quality opportunities with meaningful revenue potential Collaborate with department leads to propose tailored solutions to high-value prospects Drive brands from signed contract to launch with support from an onboarding team Manage deals within a CRM and proactively report on pipeline progress Consistently meet or exceed new-brand acquisition targets Recommend new product or service ideas based on prospecting insights Who We’re Looking For (Required) 5+ years of experience in the alcohol industry (supplier, distributor, marketplace, retailer, or alcohol-focused SaaS) Strong understanding of three-tier system compliance and state-by-state complexity Proven ability to close mid-market and enterprise B2B deals Proven ability to prospect and build a pipeline independently Proven ability to sell to founders, executives, and operational leaders Nice to Have Experience with DTC ecommerce Existing relationships with alcohol brands Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms Experience selling technology, infrastructure, or fulfillment products or services Experience managing deals within a sales CRM Compensation Structure Competitive base salary Commission on net new revenue from closed brands for their first two years of sales Accelerators for overperformance Short-term incentives (SPIFFs) tied to priority initiatives Target OTE: ~$150K with meaningful upside for top performers Life at Flaviar: You could distill the essence of our culture into a couple of words: audacious and innovative.
