Position Summary: The Program & Field Operations Coordinator is a crucial position for the overall operation of the club. In this position, you would be responsible for managing all field permitting, player registrations, league compliance, scheduling support, and uniform operations for the club’s Jr. Academy, Academy, and USL programs. This role ensures that all seasonal activities run smoothly by coordinating with city and school district partners, managing multiple registration platforms, and supporting coaches, players, and administrative staff. The Program & Field Operations Coordinator is a part time position. Weekly hours will vary depending on the time of the year but will average between 20 and 30 hours a week with certain times of the year requiring up to 40. Key Responsibilities: To include the following responsibilities as well as additional responsibilities as assigned. • Field Permitting & Facility Coordination • Manage/Coordinate all field/facility requests, permits, and scheduling with city of Superior, Boulder Valley School District, Three Creeks K-8 School, Colorado School of Mines and additional field/facilities as requested. • To include requests for regular season field usage, off-season field/facilities requests, special event requests and USL teams. • Player Registration & Roster Management • Manage registration processes • Manage the internal scheduling platform (BYGA) and support in team placement, schedule updates • Upload, register and roster all players • Maintain USL media master sheets • Maintain and handle ongoing administration for GotSport • USL • Register players using Mod 11 and TeamWorks • Participate in USL Meetings • Support schedule reconciliation • Uniform Management • Oversee uniform operations • Capelli Responsibilities • Maintain accurate player number reconciliation in BYGA • Upload player and jersey numbers into Capelli Team Admin • Colorado Soccer Association Team Registration, Scheduling & Player Mass Management • Register all teams for CSA leagues each season • Support CSA schedule management • Maintain scheduling templates • Communicate weekly with: • Teams, Coaches, Club Pass Players, Parents • Provide updates on schedules, fields, times, and roster requirements Skills & Qualifications: • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Ability to manage multiple systems and platforms (BYGA, PlayMetrics, GotSport, Mazevo, USL portals, Capelli Team Admin) • Excellent communication skills with staff, players, families, and external partners • High attention to detail and ability to manage overlapping seasonal deadlines • Comfort working in a fast-paced youth sports environment Preferred Experience: • Previous experience in youth sports operations, team logistics, or club administration. • Familiarity with CSA, USL, or other league administrative systems. • Experience with field permitting processes. Benefits & Perks: • $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Pay Range dependent on experience) Location Details & Requirements of the Job: • The position of Program & Field Operations Coordinator is primarily a remote position but some in person meetings/events are required. • Physical proximity to the NW Denver Metro area is preferred. • Equipment provided as determined necessary upon hiring. The candidate is required to provide internet services necessary to do the job.
