Maintenance Technician - Food Manufacturing We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience to support our food facility's maintenance operations. As a hands-on technical expert, you'll perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure our equipment and facilities run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance on equipment • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using tools like ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic equipment • Read and interpret schematics and manuals to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions • Fix equipment breakdowns promptly, minimizing downtime • Assist in high-voltage maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management • Be able to fix and maintain mixers, choppers, LBC ovens, thermoforming packaging machine Requirements: • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems • Experience with diagnostic tools and schematics • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong commitment to safety standards and regulations • Be able to fix and maintain mixers, choppers, LBC ovens, thermoforming packaging machine If you're a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical and electrical background, we'd love to hear from you!
