Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our automotive repair shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence. Duties • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and improve operational efficiency • Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to ensure high performance and engagement • Oversee profit & loss management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures • Manage business development activities to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities • Coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with company objectives • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and quality standards • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the organization • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth Skills • Proven management experience with a track record of supervising teams effectively • Strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans • Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration, accountability, and high performance • Expertise in profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis • Business development skills with a focus on expanding sales channels and market presence • Project management proficiency to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously • Process improvement expertise to optimize workflows and operational procedures • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels This position is integral to our organization’s success, requiring a proactive leader who is committed to operational excellence and business growth.
