Description: • Provide input into standardized underwriting frameworks and support the creation and refresh of guidelines and procedures. • Provide onshore financial spreading support during high-demand periods or when vendor services cannot meet turnaround requirements. • Support the rollout of third-party support to new business units within the Commercial & Private Banking organization. • Lead governance efforts for third party engagements, track and evaluate performance across all engagements, and escalate service delivery issues as needed. • Maintain a centralized contract repository and support execution and tracking of concurrent initiatives across Credit Products Shared Services. Requirements: • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent OR 7+ years relevant experience in the financial services industry • 4+ Years experience in commercial credit analysis preferably within a banking or financial services environment. • Familiarity with financial statement spreading, credit underwriting workflows, and syndicated or direct commercial lending. • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field preferred. • Formal credit training or experience in commercial credit underwriting preferred. • Experience working with third-party vendors or offshore teams is highly desirable.
