Flagpoles Etc. | Wixom, MI Established 1991 | National Flagpole Manufacturer & Installer Flagpoles Etc. has been serving commercial, municipal, and residential clients nationwide since 1991. We manufacture, supply, and install high-quality flagpoles and flags for contractors, schools, corporations, property managers, and homeowners. We are hiring a Commercial Sales Executive who can generate revenue across inbound calls, bid projects, outbound prospecting, and relationship-building. This is a high-visibility role within an established company — designed for a sales professional who can operate independently, protect margin, and close business. Position Scope • Answer inbound residential and commercial sales calls • Convert inquiries into profitable sales • Prepare and submit bids for commercial and municipal projects • Prospect local businesses and contractors • Conduct outside sales visits approximately 1 day per week • Quote within margin guidelines • Negotiate intelligently without sacrificing profitability • Manage follow-up and pipeline activity You will handle both residential and commercial inquiries Profile of the Ideal Candidate • Experience in construction-related, industrial, architectural, or specialty product sales • Strong comfort discussing pricing and margin • Ability to manage multiple deals at various stages • Confident handling objections and negotiating professionally • Self-directed and accountable This is not a passive order-entry position. It is a revenue-producing role with autonomy and performance expectations.
