POSITION SNAPSHOT In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for FlackTek customers, delivering responsive, professional support that ensures a smooth experience from initial inquiry through order completion. You will support order intake, quoting, and coordination across internal teams while also assisting with essential internal office operations that keep the Landrum office running efficiently. This role plays a critical part in delivering legendary service to both external customers and internal teammates, reinforcing FlackTek’s reputation for reliability, quality, and ease of doing business. PRIMARY OUTCOMES • Customer Response Time: Average response time to customer inquiries within 1 business day • Order Accuracy: ≥ 98% accuracy on order entry and order closure • Quote Turnaround Time: Quotes delivered within 1–2 business days of request • Order Throughput: Orders entered and closed within agreed internal timelines • Office Operations Support: Office supply orders and routine requests completed without disruption to daily operations CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally • Process order intake through email and Shopify • Enter, update, and close orders accurately in internal systems • Prepare and send customer quotes in a timely manner • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order or customer issues • Order office supplies and support routine office operations • Maintain organized customer and order documentation MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience Experience: • Customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred but not required Technical Skills: • Comfort using email, basic office software, and web-based tools • Ability to learn internal order entry and quoting systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Experience: • Prior customer service or order processing experience • Experience supporting sales, operations, or administrative teams Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and organizational skills SUCCESS COMPETENCIES & FUNDAMENTALS • Deliver Legendary Service: It’s all about the experience.
