Five Star Painting of Rochester – Troy is a newly launched franchise, and we’re looking for a Sales Consultant / Project Manager to grow with us from the ground up. You’ll meet with homeowners, create estimates, close sales, and manage projects through completion—while building a referral network that compounds your income over time. What You’ll Do Sales • Run scheduled in-home appointments with company-provided leads • Assess customer needs, measure job sites, and create accurate estimates • Present proposals, discuss pricing, and close sales • Follow up on open estimates to improve close rates • Grow additional business through referrals and networking Networking & Growth • Represent the business in Chambers of Commerce, BNI groups, and with real estate partners • Build long-term referral relationships supported by the company • Use networking as a lever to increase deal flow and income beyond company-provided leads Project Ownership • Own the customer experience from signed contract through project completion • Coordinate schedules, materials, and timelines • Communicate clearly to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of sales experience (in-home or home services preferred) • Comfortable closing deals and discussing pricing with homeowners • Self-motivated and accountable for results • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once • Professional appearance and demeanor • Comfortable using CRM and estimating software • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation & Growth • Base salary: $40,000–$55,000 • Uncapped commission • On-target earnings of $80,000–$95,000 in year one, based on approximately $400,000 in sold revenue • Significant upside as annual sales volume grows in subsequent years • Company vehicle • Profit sharing plan • Training and support from a nationally recognized brand Who Thrives in This Role • Sales professionals who want ownership, not just a paycheck • People who understand that networking builds long-term income, not unpaid work • Closers who want to grow with a business and increase earnings year over year If you want stability in year one and meaningful upside as the business scales, we want to talk.
