What You'll Do: - You will assist retirement plan participants by answering questions related to their accounts and distributions. - You will provide clear and accurate information to help clients understand their retirement options. - You will manage inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues. - You will participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry regulations and company policies. - You will contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy and professionalism. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in finance, customer service, or a related field. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. - You have basic knowledge of retirement plans and financial products. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
