What You'll Do: - You will assist retirement plan participants by addressing their distribution and account-related questions. - You will provide accurate and timely information to ensure participant satisfaction. - You will engage in both classroom and on-the-job training to build your knowledge and skills. - You will collaborate with team members to resolve complex participant issues. - You will maintain detailed records of participant interactions and transactions. - You will adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in finance, customer service, or a related field. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - You demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software applications.
