What You'll Do: - You will respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. - You will assist patients in navigating healthcare services and resolving issues promptly. - You will document patient interactions accurately in our systems. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and care. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively. - Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office. - High level of empathy and patience when dealing with patients. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
