What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You possess excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to log and track customer interactions. - You demonstrate patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers. - You can multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
