What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming telephone calls from customers promptly and courteously. - You will provide accurate information about goods and services offered by our clients. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and professional attitude. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - You will escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. - You will contribute to a team environment by sharing feedback and best practices. - You will adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You possess excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer information. - You demonstrate patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset. - You can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
