What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming telephone calls from customers promptly and courteously. - You will provide accurate information about goods and services offered by our clients. - You will resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. - You will document customer interactions and update records as necessary. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. - You will adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency. - You will manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining professionalism. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You possess excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer information. - You demonstrate patience, empathy, and a helpful attitude in customer interactions. - You can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
