Role Overview: As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting customers by answering inquiries about products and services. Your focus will be on providing high-quality, professional, and helpful support to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the reputation of Five Star Call Centers. What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming telephone calls from customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. - You will provide accurate information about goods and services offered by our clients. - You will resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and courteously. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. - You will adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency. - You will manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining a positive attitude. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and data entry. - You demonstrate patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. - You can work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with CRM software and call center technology. - Bilingual abilities or proficiency in a second language. - Previous experience in sales or technical support. - Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
