What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming telephone calls from customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. - You will provide accurate information about goods and services offered by our clients. - You will resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. - You will adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain service standards. - You will manage call volume effectively during peak times. - You will contribute to a supportive and positive team environment. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You have excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone presence. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling customer concerns. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to log information. - You demonstrate reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
