What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You have excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone presence. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling customer concerns. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to log calls and access information. - You demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
