What You'll Do: - You will answer incoming telephone calls from customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. - You will provide accurate information about goods and services offered by our clients. - You will resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and courteously. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. - You will adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency. - You will manage call volume effectively during peak periods. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. - You have excellent verbal communication skills and a clear telephone voice. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customers. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to log calls and access information. - You demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
